At All City Records, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before making or collecting your order.

1. In-Store Collections

  • Items collected in person are deemed to have been inspected and accepted in the condition supplied.
  • Once an item leaves the shop, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by handling, storage, or use.

2. Returns for Faulty Items

  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as sold, including original packaging where applicable.
  • We may check with our supplier before confirming a replacement or refund.

3. Used or Damaged Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been played, used, or damaged after purchase (for example, due to heat, storage, or handling).

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

5. Online Orders (Shipped Items)

  • For items shipped to you, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you believe your item is faulty.
  • You are responsible for safely returning the item to us for inspection.
